TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are able to cater for most dietary requirements, please let us know when booking if you have any allergies or restrictions. Please note, although we try to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a specific table.

All reservations are allocated 2 hours at your table.

​

Please note that if your dinner reservation is prior to 7pm we may require the table back 1 hour and 45 minutes later.

Please arrive promptly for your reservation. We have a ground floor bar area in which you are welcome to have a drink before heading to your table. We reserve the right to use your reserved table if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time stated.

 

While we endeavour to ensure that your table is ready at the allocated time please be aware that occasionally this may not be possible. We will make sure your table is ready as soon as we can, thank you in advance for your understanding.

Bookings online are taken up to six months in advance.

We may be able to book further in advance but you will have to call to book this. 

 When making your booking online, if you cannot see your desired time, please call us and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you as closely as possible.

Well behaved children and dogs are welcome in all areas of the pub.

Booking & Cancellation policy

When accepting bookings online or on the phone, we will ask for your credit/debit card details to secure the reservation.

No charges are made to your card to secure the booking, and your details are encrypted and stored securely in line with PCI DSS.

Once we have verified your credit or debit card details, we will send you an email confirmation, which also outlines our cancellation policy.

All cancellations or alterations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by email or phone.

Without such notice, we reserve the discretion to charge a cancellation fee of £20 per head to your card.

We will always attempt to resell your cancelled table – if we are able to do so, we will always waive our cancellation fee.

For tables of more than 10 persons, we may require a deposit to secure your booking dependant on the season. This is at the discretion of the business so please ensure your contact details are correct in order for us to contact you.
