HOW ARE YOU RUNNING IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19?

We ask all visitors to sanitise their hands upon entering the building and we continue to offer table service to minimise contact. We have removed several tables upstairs and downstairs to comply with social distancing measures. We also require at least one persons details per booking which will be kept for 21 days for track and trace if you do not have the app.

Cleaning procedures are done more frequently, including 30min/60 min covid-19 toilet checks. Doors are propped open where possible but all touch points are regularly sanitised. 

Sanitiser is provided throughout the building for visitors and staff.

DO WE NEED TO BOOK?

We do recommend booking in high season due to limited capacity and no bar sitting. You can call 01326 270324 or use the online reservations. 

Tables of 6 or more will need to phone to book as we are unable to process online.

Please note: We are extremely busy so their may be a delay in email/phone response. Please make sure you include all your details (including phone number) when enquiring to book.

Bookings are not confirmed without a response.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

We strongly advise customers to pay via contactless (where possible). Our card terminal is sanitised after each use. However, should you wish to pay cash we will accept this. 

ARE DOGS AND CHILDREN WELCOME?

Dogs and children are welcome in the pub, however we ask that children remain seated when in the pub and are accompanied to the bathrooms. 

Well behaved dogs are permitted on leads and not on soft furnishings.

When booking please let us know how many dogs and the size when booking as we do a table plan each day to ensure every one remains at a safe distance.
